Hunter's New External Coresetter

The production rate for time consuming cored jobs is significantly improved by overlapping the functions of coresetting and mold making.

FEATURES

  • Mold indexer (in/out motion) operates using a Geneva drive mechanism powered by a pneumatic rotary actuator. Rotating table operates using a Geneva drive mechanism powered by a motor-driven gear reducer.
  • Each transfer pallet utilizes mold lock pins that maintain the drag mold, bottom board and mold pallet alignment during movement in and out of the machine.
  • Rolling base provides the ability to swing the core set station out of the way when not in use.
  • Can be used with any Hunter matchplate molding machine in the HLM or XL series.
