The company's $12 million parts inventory assures customers that Hunter's service technicians and parts specialists can find required replacement parts quickly, then expedite immediate delivery. Support includes service documentation with instructions on do-it-yourself maintenance, as well as replacement parts and service manuals.
Service and preventive maintenance preserves the value of Hunter's molding machines and mold handling systems. Keeping machines in good working order extends equipment life and keeps operators safe. It also ensures the quality of castings and availability of the machinery for your customer orders, providing a better rate of return on your investment .
Early detection of problems allows repairs to be made before the situation worsens. Machinery that does not need to be taken offline for extensive repairs will avoid production interruptions. Annual Service Contracts are available. Customers can choose the months when service or maintenance is desired and the duration of each vist.
